Absolute class moment that when she offered the 62 men! Hope she gets a few more speaking parts in the series! Is Danys Jorah Mormont her father then (the one with the afflicted wrist) or have I got that completely wrong?
So we are now down to two truncated seasons to close up the series, and there are two overarching questions remaining: 1) Who will sit upon the Iron Throne (i.e. who wins the Game)? 2) Who will win the real war, which is coming from beyond the Wall? In all likelihood, both of those will be resolved in the last season, perhaps in the climactic episode. But I suppose it is possible 2) occurs next season, which could really add some serious twists to the story line. Someone did say that winter is now here. All these forces vying for the Iron Throne will also have to deal with an army of the undead, such that whomever emerges the leader of triumph in that war emerges as the heir to the Throne.
It's been drawn out too long it will be at its best when the White walkers pillage and ransack the seven kingdoms. They should just continue it in a white walker apocalypse. 2 more series isn't enough
For what it's worth I think its leading to 2 battles in the next series, dany against cersei and the north against the whitewalkers. Still think dany and Jon will end up together even though they're nephew and aunt, the targaerians don't mind keeping in the family after all
Or until Bran makes his way to winterfell and tells him which should be in the next series as he's at the wall now so not too far to travel
I can see Bran keeping it secret from him for a while. Since I'm in the mood for predictions - I bet Cersei doesn't make it past 2 episodes. And that either Tyrion or Jaime kills her.
Why would Bran tell him? He'll walk into Winterfell and become rightful king of the North. He'd have to be a right clueless twonk to spill the beans.
Only 13 episodes left. After the slow and ponderous journey this far, that seems well short of enough to plough through the insane amount of story that must be left.
I think Jaime will kill her early in too, he won't forgive her for the King committing suicide. Can see him taking down the Mountain too as unlikely as it sounds with one hand. Another prediction, I think he will join in the fight against the white walkers and reunite with his brother
