It’s very frustrating as it seems the best we can hope for is a quick agreement on a sale……….and then wait further as the 4-month lead-time begins on doing the actual deal. Did it take that long to hand over when Bartlett bought us?
I always thought we would have been better off not being promoted, I assumed either the money or the prestige might increase the likelihood of them not selling It was why I never went to Wembley, not as a protest, I simply could bring myself to watch City knowing I didn't want the outcome which might result from us winning Still hoping I'm proved to have been spectacularly wrong and I get left regretting not going...at the moment I didn't regret it at all
What a ****in' dilemma - I went (Wembley was just another away game to me) and, as always, I wanted them to win. I wanted them to win even though I knew that we'd be in the situation that we're in now; I believed it then, and believe it now, Ahab/PoloGuy doesn't want to give up the kudos of being the owner of a PL club ........ the **** him!
****e isn't it I went to the home leg of the play off and wanted us to win...you can't help it...but then walked away feeling flat and thinking it made things worse. Decided then not to go to Wembley Can't wait for them to go
Lerner put Villa up for sale after O'Neill left in2010/11 ....... five years ain't a quick sale in my book.
Well I don't mean from when he put it up for sale, more when he had interest and the process of getting the deal done.
No one is right in thinking anything. Until we know what's what... Might, maybe, think, wonder... Hindsight is one thing, but hindsight before you know the outcome is silly.
Does anyone know if Bruce has met Ehab about budgets? It was reported a week-10 days ago that they had but this article suggests otherwise
If it is just as likely that means either option is equally likely Which means he can't possibly know anything... Or one would be more likely!!
