To be fair he hasn't had any more chances than Andy Carroll got at Newcastle. Or Joey Barton and Craig Bellamy have had throughout their career. Thus far he has intimidated a witness and thrown a phone out of the window, hardly the stuff of a hardened criminal. It's not like he's glassed anyone or attacked them with a golf club...
