    It's all over twitter at the minute. As much as I hate twitter, I can see this being true. It's just the sort of thing that would happen to us! Maybe Sunderland will snap him up.

    Opening up a can of worms there mate ... I'd have him in the SAFC midfield straight away but I know 1000's wouldn't!

    I'll bet Ashley tried to sell him, but Barton has said he won't go because he doesn't want to take a pay cut. Ashley will have said he'll stick him in the reserves if he doesn't go and Barton has said if you do that I'll slag you off to the press. Ashley has had his bluff called and let Barton go now and payed up his contract. Barton has played a blinder and Ashley looks like a ****. Brilliant stuff.
