    WES BROWN has been given a surprise chance to join Owen Coyle’s new-look Blackburn.
    The former Manchester United andSunderland defender is looking for a club after leaving Sunderland and will link up with Rovers for pre-season training this week
    Club and player plan to look each other over and discuss how he fancies a season in the Championship.
    Brown, 36, has had fitness issues but is eager to continue playing.

    I dunno but after the Ireland match the other day there seemed to be about ten ex SAFC on the pitch including Keane and O'Neill.
