Off Topic EU deabte. Which way are you voting ?

Corbyn is unelectable as a PM.

 

Whether you like his policies or not, and personally I don't, in my view he's completely unelectable.

The Labour Party will never win a general election whilst Corbyn is their leader. I think the rest of his cabinet have known this for some time, and his next to useless contribution to convincing Labour supporters that we were better off in the EU, has finally pushed them into acting.

 

The Labour party and the media seem to be doing their best to make that the case. Based on his policies he would make a brilliant PM, but I fear you are right and rags like the Mail and the Sun would serve up a smear campaign to make sure the knuckle draggers wouldn't vote for him.

 

I haven't been lied to any more from one side than the other, that's just another example of someone trying to tell me what I think, and why I think it. You could look at any election campaign and find a multitude of bullshit promises,

Like many, I didn't give two ****s what the politicians said or didn't say, they're pretty much all a set of self serving arseholes anyway. I voted for my own reasons, **** all to do with comments from people who were unlikely to ever be in a position to carry them out. FFS, the best man they could find to lead the remain campaign, was a guy that repeatedly said that the EU was a bag of ****. He's more anti EU than the leave campaigners. That's a bigger lie than the ones you're getting giddy about in your desperation.

And shut the **** up about foreigners, that line comes more from the wish list of remainers, than it comes from anyone I know

 

I would vote for Corbyn as PM, but the pragmatist in me says he should be replaced by somebody that has 'mass appeal' as unfortunately the electorate is easily swayed by haircuts and platitudes

Anyway, I think the UK needs a general election now. Not only are we about to get an unelected PM, but it will be on the back of a Tory manifesto that now means ****. Their leader has gone, the chancellor might follow and the whole paradigm of the UK has now shifted.

I think you'll find that a part of the reason the remainers lost was because it was supported by a bunch of ****s who spouted **** ad infinitum until even the spouters began to believe their own crap.
