The remain aren't doing the crowing though are they? They/we are just moaning.
The repercussions of this decision, good and bad, will manifest themselves over the next few years. It's stupid to say "Look, everything's ok" after a day.

Moaning at pointing at things that are already changing, at least, they were yesterday.

Point is, no matter which way people were voting, they didn't know and still don't know what the consequences week be.

I've moaned at the way the campaign was undertaken, which is a legitimate target as far as I'm concerned, and the way the vote went, because I'm genuinely apprehensive about the repercussions.
Whichever way it went the losers are going to be sore because it's too big a decision to take philosophically.

Cornwall gets hundreds of millions from the EU every year. Yet the wise citizens of Cornwall have decided that they would have the UK out of the EU. They were solid Leavers!!

Apparently they've been promised by the leave side that their funding will continue. They are now sweating and begging the government to keep to that "promise" (which of course had nothing to do with the government ). <doh>

The only good thing from this is that if he reneges on all the promises that carried him to victory those who supported him might see how they were conned and it may prevent him from furthering his career.
Hopefully.
Frankly all the UKIP members, councillors and the one MP should resign. They've achieved what their party wanted and was established to do, so whats the point of them remaining in their current positions. Give the jobs to people who actually want to serve the community and didn't just jump on the 'I hate Johnny Foreigner' bandwagon.
The MEP's have already voted themselves out of their positions.

And Farage should crawl back into his sewer and **** off forever.

The point is yes we do. I know very well what going to occur.

1. Interest rates going to go down. Boris to crow about money in people's pockets as a result
The real story is the economy is going to slow dramatically and the interest rates is to arrest the issue.

2. Pound will weaken more. Boris will crow we rise against euro
The real story is both go in toilet.

3. Businesses defer investment. Bodies already crowing about Morgan Stanley.

The real story is anyone else with investment plans have got to re-examine them to see if they make sense any more.
Morgan Stanley had an emergency move plan and that's what they asked about.

Job growth will stall as no sensible business man would invest right now.

3. Us talks about special relationship. Boris crows.

The reality is in private the US and others are after deciding to publicly send out platitudes for the massesecond but in private they are all seeing what they can do for their self interests.

4. Markets rebound slightly. Boris crows.

Across Europe there is anger in back rooms and there's a big red target on UK.

So..... Yeah nobody can tell so everything going is fine right...

You've missed the legal framework. Clear and substantial change in circumstance. I think they'll put the required legislation in for another quick smart.

The greens on their own plus SNP is enough to pass it.

Legal framework? Afaik that's just a pledge from the SNP manifesto.

If the UK doesn't compromise on free movement of people maybe I should support a Scottish referendum..id be entitled to a Scottish passport so I could keep all the benefits of being a European and being British <whistle>

Sorry but the original referendum deal includes this.

Go back and look and stop mouthing.

Look at the threats made to remain in uk. You'd be fired out of eu and have even to reapply

Now that eu part which people voted on keeping is now kicked out from under them by tories promise who don't represent any more than 10% up there.

By all means get a jock passport. Then you can go live in France and get free health care costs the nhs is of course going to be fabulous once Boris is through with it.

Yeah, those grown-ups.

At least they don't think the answer to the world's problems lies in a clip from The Lion King. :)

It effected all of us but none of us can effect it so the lion king clip is as useful as the "grown up" discussions ;)

Sometimes Cartoons make more sense than the real world <ok>

I gave up arguing points on this yesterday. Whatever you say from either angle, there is a counter argument.

The decisions been made and what will be well be. We've all just got to get on with it now.
