when I login to the ticketing site using my normal credentials it doesn't give me the option to look at seats, but the email I received telling me of no signing on fee, it told me to logon with the below details which were different to my normal details (the username and password were different) when I did this it was still all the correct details and also allowed me to see the stadium seats etc.
Thanks a lot for that I've had chance to look now and you're right N3/4 look abandoned! Really helpful though...far more helpful than the club who have been unwilling to let me see what seats are available...much appreciated
For those of us in the privileged position of being able to view the seating plan, I’ve just noticed a recent change; Each block it now identifying seats with a restricted view. I didn’t particularly know that there were any, but it seems as though the seats on the ends of the row that is level with the entry/exit to the concourse must have a slightly obscured view where the barriers are located – are these cheaper I hear you ask – dream on….same price. Also, it seems as though there are still zone 1 seats available in the family areas despite the club telling us that zone 1 is sold out.
The family area includes both zone 1 and zone 2 seats. I made the same error until OLM kindly pointed it out.
I'm assuming the whole of the south stand is the family stand, which includes both zone 1 & zone 2 The club announced a few days ago that Zone 1 Season Memberships for the 2016/17 Premier League campaign have now sold out. However it seems that whilst you can't buy for zone 1 in the North or East stands, you can still buy them in zone 1 of the family stand - or at least the plan shows availability and lets you click on them - not sure what happens after that as I'm not intending buying any, but it does seem that whilst the club are claiming zone 1 is sold out, it probably isn't.
I can't imagine a huge sudden take up of tickets now that the joining fee has gone up (unless its still fairly negotiable and they allow anyone who has every had a pass before to get away without paying it?) Having said that of course now we are leaving the EU everyone will have squillions of £ swilling around that we haven't sent to Brussels so maybe that will help? I just can't see high attendances unless there is a sale of the club...maybe I'm wrong can someone count up all of the grey seats on the pictures please and then we'll know roughly what the season pass sales are...cheers
My 'four' please come back / sign up emails came from 'Hull City' - offer has now run out & emails have gone back to 'Hull City Tigers' ...
Funny since Ehab assured us there were no bad seats or bad views and this was the justification for the 'one price for everyone' part of the scheme. It doesn't make sense anyway but it is Ehab.
Some seats have obstructed views due to bone headed stewards standing in areas near exits in a position which blocks views instead of out of the way. I had an argument with one who kept telling me to sit down in the North Stand at the Lokeren game. A supervisor was called. However I had taken a photo showing the clown was blocking any view of the goal and asked the supervisor if he thought I had paid to miss the action in the goalmouth because of this idiot, who I had informed why I kept standing up, especially as he only to step down and move a couple of paces back and the problem would be solved. The supervisor had to concede my point and told him to shift. Must admit I have sat in sections all around the stadium and never had a bad view other than the odd instance like the one mentioned above.
There are no restricted view seats at the KC, the only thing I can think of, is that there may be some new camera positions that maybe block some views.
They are adding more space for outside broadcast units so that might translate into more cameras etc?
Remember the good old days when these used to be football fans? (They're queuing for Challenge Cup tickets) please log in to view this image
At least all the 9,639 there on Saturday will all get a ticket. If they do get to Wembley you can bet AP and his old fashioned methods will handle the ticketing better than our lot did.
