Sign a deal saying we trade freely with EU and anyone else we care for. They will sign to keep their exports to us. . Ifwe dont get tough then we will end up out but still in! 5 th largest economy and iI say lets start dictating terms.

We'll see. I think we're about to get ****ed over by an EU who no longer give a **** about we think and who need to make as example of us.

Which justifies the decision to leave the autocratic grouping.

You've obviously got no idea about how these things work and I've a hedge to go trim, so haven't the time to explain it.

The EU will not allow us free movement of goods within the EU, while also allowing us to potentially sign agreements for free movement of goods with other countries outside the EU.

It would be nice if they did, it would instantly make us the richest country in the world.

That's right, but listening to the 6 foreign ministers after their meeting you wouldn't think so.

Demanding Britain activates this article 50 thing within days.

Olm. Tad personal! First sign of a lost arguement but ho hum I aint here to score points. The only thing is they must trade with us to keep their gdp etc. They have more to lose. If we gain trade to outside EU then any blip while we make them see the light all for the good. Go trim the hedge and ill refuel my lammie for the pub run.

Merkel has a very deep masculine voice for a bint, it's almost like she's having to think about every word she says before she says it as well.

What's all this bullshit about a second referendum? A social media campaign has over a million posts / likes or whatever.

    That's not just around timing
The article 50 thing is written to favour all of the other countries apart from the one leaving. They'll want to get cracking with that to avoid any other ways to resolve it
Cameron is already saying he won't activate it as it should be the new PM, then it should take two years, but can be extended if the others agree...so I doubt we'll be out before 2020

It's not to trigger a second referendum now, it's to change the rules for future referendums, so you'd need a 60% majority.

Partly based on the fact that Farage said during campaigning that a 52-48 result wasn't enough to give a clear mandate and he thought if that happened there should be a second referendum (of course that's when he thought it would be 52 to remain!)
Partly due to the immediate statement that some suggestions around money to the NHS were 'mistakes'
Partly due to the fact that it's what people do nowadays...social media does have some power and it certainly gives a route for people that don't use Not606 to express their view!
