Ulster will have to go it alone.

    Good luck with that.

One of the most popular Google searches today in England has been "What is the EU?"

Dumb ****s didn't even know what they were voting for.

Why would we need to go it alone? Are we also getting another 3 counties added?

You may let the good people of Donegal Cavan and Monaghan know of the changes, Einstein <ok>

You being an Historical writer does it no piss you off that you canny write about current **** ups?

Whereas a fiction writer can go at it right now. They're earning bucks, you're still 3 centuries behind.

Maybe you shouldn't think to much about it then <ok>

Tbh Ponders I like you so I don't want to argue.

It isn't Scotland here where the only thing maybe on the table is another cote, there's a serious chance of violence and I've 2 teenage kids.

We don't really sort things out at the ballot box.

Yeah, we best not discuss Northern Irish violence.

But we could discuss the Ulaidh. A fascinating tribe.

'An historic' is never right. It is always wrong. And no amount of Gambol's on-going research will change the fact.

    It's an hopeless cause.

Yes they were. Ireland has hosted many interesting tribes and clans.

There has been quite a revisionism about them and their territory though.

Indeed. Knowing you take an interest in your country's ancient history, I thought you may have been one of those romantic revisionists.

I'm a proud supporter of the Wessex ideal. :)

I haven't read much on ancient Irish history in a long time mate. My interest is mainly in semi modern history from the United Irishmen onwards.

I'm a 32 county Irish Republican Ponders and as much as I can go in for a bit of bullshit there's nowt much romantic about a pike up yer arse or a bullet in the skull <ok>
