I worked with the chairman of the kernow clinical commissioning group (now CCG). He is a GP and has been tasked with giving contracts to AQP (any qualified provider). What that means is that contracts that were previously given to the NHS are now being given to private companies.

 

On behalf of the NHS and we the tax pay foot the bill.
