Well that's good. It feels good to ache from exercise . And ironing a uniform could take hours! Best have a lie down first lol

 

I was a good boy last week and did most of my ironing before my sister came to visit, so all I have to do really is 2 x shirts and my trews! I cannot warrant a lie down just yet, maybe later

 

i'm going to need one later, all this running backwards and forwards with kids, dropping them off for their hols...lol..

 

You will have earned it! As for me I have to get up at 0530 for work tomorrow so I will try and stay awake so hopefully I will sleep tonight

 

ouch..that's very early ...i don't think i could do it...have such differing timetables...

 

I won't say you get used to it as you don't, this week I have 3 day shifts followed by 3 night shifts. I am hanging at the end of it

Just flew to the #WatfordFC training ground and there is no sign of Sam Vokes. Understand he wont be seen there any time soon either

There are so many threads open, I try and use the Club Short News unless it is for breaking news. Or unless there is a thread open already.

We'll know eventually - there are a few good sources on Twitter that are pretty on the ball, even more so than Sky it seems!
