he can't organise a piss up in a brewery. What he can do is make ridiculously good saves that make people wonder how the **** he did that. He's some sort of contortionist. Doesn't make him an exceptional goalkeeper. Gradel on the other hand is only pipped to the best winger in the league title by Snodgrass, and even then it's a toss up between skill and vision vs being unhandleable and scoring loads of goals.
How can you say he had a better game this really shows your intelligence Ronaldo, Benzema, Coentrao, Casillas, Ramos, Pepe, Alonso, Ozil, Albiol, Marcelo.... Yes, Real Madrid's reserves...
andy king is a **** ---but the mods still allow idiors on this site---we are supposed to be leeds if u av any bottle ban em and lets be wot we are ----LEEDS UTD together
OH RIGHT yeah sorry totally didn't realise. I totally respect your opinion now you have more to base it on because you saw the game and I didn't. Not like I saw him play at least 25 games last season and thought he was crap. You just used the same argument that you consistently ignore when we try and tell you he's awful, to try and make yourself sound more credible. This is why noone on this entire board respects leicester fans, you're deluded ignorant and arrogant.
Starting 11; Adan Ramos Albiol Varane Marcelo Granero Khedira Kaka Callejon Coentrao Benzema 11 when we scored; Casillas Ramos Pepe Varane Arbeloa Nacho Alonso Ronaldo Ozil Rodriguez Higuain Basically they started with their reserves and finished with their starting 11 minus a few So basically, you've just made our goal sound a lot better
No, thank you, 1.5 mil for a off and on keeper we got for free, and then we get an even better keeper for 250k. You see that's the difference between clubs like Leeds and Norwich and clubs like Leicester and West Ham, Leeds and Norwich have made talented squads out of rejects and freebies, West Ham and Leicester think they can spend there way out of the league. You can buy all the best players in the league for ridiculous amounts of money, but we'll find the best players in the league from other leagues, like Max Gradel, bought for 750k now worth 4-6mil, Robert Snodgrass, 500k from Livingston, 3-5 mil, David Somma, free from MLS, scored 11 goals from mainly sub appearences. We haven't spent more than a million since we got relegated from the premier league yet we still finished higher than you last season because we can spot a bargan.
well thats a ****ing lie, i live in australia now too and no one knows who leicester is you dickhead, leeds probably the third highest supported team here behind manure and liverpool. Dont just ****ing lie to make yourself feel better
Grayson's a hoofball manager, it didn't stop him signing Gradel. Kasper is a fantastic goalkeeper and it's quite pathetic to run him down. He has much more presence than Lonergan. Lonergan might be okay but we're worse off in the goalkeeping department and there's no point in pretending otherwise.
I wouldnt say schmeichal is fantastic but he has the potential of being fantastic, lonergan, im not happy with the signing , i think we could've signed someone better but i would say as it stands currently lonergan and schmeichal are about even but in completely different ways
This is no WUM (didnt want to start a new thread so il keep this on post by saying Kasper played brilliantly on the weekend!). Now i know the paper source is questionable at best, but what do you make of the tone in the comments by SG: http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/new...r-patience-from-Leeds-fans-article779541.html That whole section about him losing his job someday - whilst true it seems to give the impression that he is frustrated? What say you Leeds
Hes going to be frustrated, the amount of times hes said we where in for a player but unfortunately they chose to go elsewhere must be annoying for him, especially as we are the biggest club outside the premiership!!
it makes me wonder why we can't seem to afford anything. It feels like we are working within the financial constraints of a Watford or a pre-prem Blackpool, despite having the highest gates and highest ticket prices (as well as without a doubt the highest level of merchandise sales) in the league. I'm left scratching my head as to why the limits seem to be so low.
You tool, Bamba was correctly making his way back to the goal line. He had to check his run when Kasper was turned. Kasper did well in coming out. If you are going to blame anyone then it should be Konch as left back for being absent. The defense havent really played topgether properly and it will take a few matches to settle in. BTW this was a training match with lots of substitutions against one of the world's top 4 teams. Their team cost around 20 times what ours did. We payed 2 million to Madrid for the game, we got a lot more in tv rights across Thailand and South East Asia - good training exercise and some money in the kitty for more players....win win.. plus yet more exposure for the Foxes.
Clive, this is a quote from a Newcastle fan: "Generally was surprised with some of your passing moves and style as well, was an entertaining game with both teams trying to play good football." Hoofball?
