You are thinking of lfc under hodgson and brent. Think back another few years under rafa.. we were not ****ing up players careers all the time then.

Deeney abd Vardy would be a deadly front pairing.

Mental isn't it. What were Watford thinking rejecting £20m offer! If they get £30m they need to snap their hands off before someone at Leicester sobers up bcause obviously still drunk from parting.

See Madrid are signing Morata back from Juve for 3m Euros to then sell him on again to someone else for a bit more profit. Stupid rule really, He's hardly even been in top form for Juve this season though

That's the contract signed. Buy back clause.

Player himself is not whining. Seems quite happy actually.

Really feel we need some midfield power for next season and doesn't look like we'll really be getting it

Brendan Rodgers has dampened speculation Celtic are about to bring in new faces.
The Scottish champions have been linked with a host of players, including Liverpool duo Joe Gomez and Andre Wisdom.
But Rodgers insists no deals are imminent.

Sir Red The day is too young. International tournaments going on are not helpful, i.e Euro and Copa-America.
Also be aware that Liverpool are always discrete about their transfers. We can keep our fingers crossed.

a lot of nervous people on this thread.

As of today LFC are not going to achieve much and people know the only way to change it is by changing players. Until real change is made we are going to continue o nthe same path so I'm aiming for 6th in table next year.

We've upgraded our keeper and CB so I think that's a decent start.

I not convinced about star-name buying anyway, so many of them disappoint.
I believe the biggest single factor in any team is the manager. I'm happy to see what Klopp can achieve with the players he decides he can use. I have no interest in trying to do his job for him.
Although if he doesn't get a decent LB I'll personally go and poke him in the eye.

Remember, a lot of International bosses ban players from transfer talk during Tournaments.

The following strongly linked (realistically possibly) targets are at the Euro's:
    Hector (Germany)
    Tah (Germany)
    Zielinski (Poland)
    Kovacic (Croatia)

    Copa America is also on.

I know agents do a lot of the work but the players do have to agree to every thing.

a lot of agents do a lot of talking yes.

Irrespective of star names we all know the gaps in the squad and the averageness we are faced with. much work is needed whomever the names or faces may be coming in

have we? convinced minger is out and karius is in? I've not even seen him kick a ball yet. At least Matip is a known quantity.
