Leeds want to sign Bridcutt permanently.

It's claimed that Bridcutt earns around £26,000-a-week in wages at Sunderland, and Leeds were hoping to get the player on a permanent basis by negotiating a free transfer.

However, Sunderland are believed to be looking to recoup some of the £2.5m they spent on Bridcutt back in January 2014, leaving Leeds to consider their next move for the player as they would rather not have to pay a transfer fee for the player.

Leeds United are set to have a board meeting in the next 48 hours over concerns that minority shareholder GFH Capital are struggling to pay money into the club, it has been claimed.

The Whites are set to pay close to £2m to sign striker Marcus Antonsson from Swedish side Kalmar FF, but further transfer dealings may be frustrated by GFH not sinking money into the club.

The Middle Eastern group are minority shareholders, while Italian chairman Massimo Cellino is majority shareholder.

According to Radio Yorkshire, Leeds, who were having a board meeting on Tuesday, will hold another board meeting within the next 48 hours.

It is claimed that GFH are having trouble raising capital to invest in the playing squad at Elland Road, which would impact on player recruitment.
When Bates "sold" the club he said "clubs attract all the parasites, con-men,agents,hangers on.who want to cash in. We are not doing that and it augers well for the future". He then sold the club to GFH with David Haigh as chief executive. It stank then and it stinks now.

It's almost like jacob Adler and Ken Bates are pissing themselves in the background as they pull the strings. Teak Trading, Forward Sports Fund and that slimeball Harvey rolled up in all this runs the FL even though he has been in charge of 2 clubs going into administration and 3 times ffs. FFS is not another company by the way
