    Centreback without fail, all we need is a centreback to partner Fonte in the middle and I feel the squad will be complete

    A Centre back AND a Striker.

    I can't understand people who say we don't need a striker - yes we have good forwards... But what's going to happen when Barnard get's suspended, Connolly gets injured and Guly hasn't got his shooting boots on? We'll be relying too heavily on Lambert and I fear we may end up resorting to the long ball game when things aren't going right for us. I don't mean to sound negative because I really do fancy our chances this season but we have to be realistic. We need a pacey forward - a younger, less injury-prone, stronger version of Connolly. Not to mention the fact that all three of Lambert, Guly and Barnard are unproven at a higher level - personally I don't think they'll have a problem with the step up - especially Lambo but I do think we need another striker.

    I'd say centre half, as I reckon that the number 5 shirt vacated by Ryan Dickson (now 23) is going to be filled. Would not complain if we got a surprise bonus signing though! It would also be good to see Puncheon leave as soon as possible, free up wages and get some extra funds for another person to be brought in!

    I think it'll be a centre back, but the signing will be too late for them to feature on Saturday against Leeds...
