Interesting question, since each represents a union threatened by Brexit. After all, one almost inevitable effect of the UK leaving the EU would be Scotland leaving the UK. So neither of those flags would apply.

 

How will the Scots leave, they dont have a majority in Scotland to get a vote in place and also they need UK government approval to do it, so pic is correct

The SNP has a huge majority in the scottish parliament and have said repeatedly that they would demand a repeat referendum in the event of Brexit. All the polls suggest they'd get the result they wanted in those curcumstances.
