    I've given this a couple of weeks' deliberation, none of which was based on you lot shouting at each other, and am a definite stayer.

    It simply comes down to the pros massively outweighing the cons of staying and the cons massively outweighing the pros of leaving, although I must admit to some curiosity as to how that would pan out.

    Can't be arsed to say in specific detail why, only to be told I'm wrong (fact), but the brainless meme's certainly had a good effect towards my stay vote!

    Anyway, that's my opinion done, you lot merrily rant away.

    <ok>

    A fair summary showing pros and cons, I still feel that there is huge risk in leaving, nobody can be certain as to what will happen it may be good it may be bad, whereas staying has very little risk and we move forward as we have been and continue to work with the rest of the EU. Stay and if something is not right do what we can to fix it by voting or campaigning or any other means available don't just go for lets leave and see what happens, lets be brave and throw caution to the wind, sounds all romantic and daft to me.

    IN Final decision made.

    And that's what we are, part of Europe but with our own currency and our own arrangments that mean we are part of a bigger picture while still in control of our own destiny.

    At some point you could post an original thought and some correct facts instead of fabricated propaganda.

    http://www.politico.eu/article/winston-churchills-family-blasts-brexit-support-video/

    The families of Winston Churchill and suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst angrily denied claims that their distinguished relatives would have wanted the U.K. to leave the European Union.

    The wartime prime minister and the leader of the women’s vote movement are among the prominent British figures featured in a campaign video by the anti-EU group Vote Leave, alongside the likes of Charles Darwin, Isaac Newton, and Alan Turing.

    “These British heroes changed the world, don’t believe the people who talk Britain down,” says a voiceover while patriotic music plays. It does not say if any of those featured were against the idea of a united Europe.

    Churchill’s grandson, Conservative MP Nicholas Soames, told the Independent that including the wartime leader in the video was “offensive” and his grandfather was a “profound believer in the values of European co-operation.”

    One of Churchill’s famous quotes was: “If Britain must choose between Europe and the open sea, she must always choose the open sea.” Anti-EU campaigners have used that quote from May 1953 to support the view that Churchill was against European cooperation. His comments were directed at French leader Charles de Gaulle, with whom he had a fractious relationship.

    However, Churchill also called for a “United states of Europe” and is considered to be one of the founding fathers of the EU, which he believed should “recreate the European family in a regional structure.”

    We've done this and your quote is highly selective. As has already been demonstrated, in fact Churchill was one of the great proponents of a united Europe.

    Custard is a "little Englander" you're not going to change his mind. He's going to vote to leave. And, if his side get their way, when the economy falls apart around his ears, that'll be Europe's fault too!....
