The 'terrorist' point was yours, not anything I was making, but there it is.

As for the unions, I can actually see them gaining from being out of the EU, and workers getting better rights.

Cheap labour drags down everyones wages and to some degree rights, so more control on borders should create more opportunities.

The EU have brought in legislation, designed to protect workers, but because it's effectively collective bargaining, it can work against those rights in certain cases. It has also taken away a lot of the work unions could have been doing, which as a cynic, I think was one of the main purposes. It certainly penalises small businesses, especially in the UK, where we enforce the rules

Taking the EU out of the equation, should create the opportunity to rebuild the unions, and for local agreement to be negotiated, so working conditions can be better protected.

Voting remain gives a mandate to unelected bods to do as they please, and as they're about big business, it is unlikely to be better for workers, than having controls through democratic elections.

I think the "outers" have been raped on this thread. So now they are trying to make out as though they are on the wind up. When in reality they have ran out of reasoned debate. Hiding behind inane meme's is further proof of this.

I see little evidence to support the first two words of your reply, never mind the rest of it.

I don't expect you to get much right about me. This is the PL board and you rarely have any need to be on here for that reason alone.

The fact you think a football team's record is a measure of your intellect says much about you.

I have given you reasoned argument for the reasons to remain. If you choose not to accept it, that's obviously your prerogative. However, the economy will be damaged by a leave vote. And, as I've tried to explain, all else flows from that....

The fact that you think your initial smart arse comment was any reflection of me just shows how your little brain works.

You must be a Brexiter...you'd do a fine job on border control <ok>

You claim it will be damaged by a leave vote, but you've no more evidence to support that opinion, than someone else claiming it might not be, or it will be damaged by remaining. There are experts claiming all scenarios, it's just choice who you decide to believe. I also think it's only one element of leaving, and the benefits far out weigh any short term pain imho.

You choose to keep banging your opinion as fact, perhaps you have very little faith in the economists you seem to be relying on.

You dumbing it down to pithy personal abuse seems to show the limitations of your argument, so forgive me if I don't give a flying **** what you think. <ok>

Again, I've given you a scenario of what will happen. Make no mistake, the markets will not like this! The pound will plummet, with all the following consequences that I've already explained.

As to things will be better? How do we know that? This is a unique situation, we have no idea how the UK economy would prosper on its own in today's modern, ultra competetive global trading environment.

It's a complete leap in the dark. But, of course, Brexit won't tell you that.

and I and others have pointed out some of the many holes in your hypothetical scenario, and brexit have pointed out that and some other potential pitfalls.

Repeating the same thing and ignoring comments that don't support your opinion, doesn't make it become a fact.

on BBC QT Special: David Cameron
I like the comment about how the older generation should vote for the younger generation, cos the younger generation want to remain.
But, since when have the older generation ever listened to the younger one?

As per the point I made about you Brexiters getting intellectually raped. I stand by that...your response to me showed me that you give a lot of ****s. I dumbed it down because I don't need to say anything more than what has been said in the umpteen pages of arse beatings you Brexiters have earned on this thread.

My response was aimed at the tactic change of a few Brexiters on here who after having their arguments dismantled, came out with the old chestnut that they are on the "wind up". Nay, they have just ran out of reason. Then you piped up trying to insult me with your smart arse comment and now here we are watching me give you a few more choice words <ok>
