Anybody else get the offer of complimentary tickets for one match before October next season because of complaints about the nets? Strangely, the e-mail said that their records showed that I had purchased a ticket for the Burnley match (I took a mate) but not that I was a S/T holder. I thanked them for their kind offer, but said that the matchday experience had become so ghastly that I would not be attending matches in future. I guess they are trying to put bums on seats, but even freebies are difficult to give away under this lot.

No offer for me, because my STs were in the Upper and I only moved down to the Lower in the Burnley game to cause hassle.

Some on CL are saying they were in Upper North but are still getting the offer. The whole thing stinks of the CEO's self-righteousness, still saying they don't believe they actually caused an obstruction and that they offered alternative seating, which I'm sure you can confirm is another lie. It's the sort on non-apology you'd expect. ....apologise IF you felt your view was obstructed, not apologise THAT we obstructed your view. They call it a goodwill gesture. All heart, aren't they?

they can shove anything they offer where the sun dont shine.

noticeably, i didnt get that email. the ST holders sat next to me did, but i'd unsubscribed from all mail shots and even emailed to ask they delete any data on me.

I unsubscribed ages ago too. And I sit in the NW quad, and did not complain, although when I replied to turn down their kind offer, I did tell them that the seats are facing the wrong way.

Anyone else got the call about renewing your season tickets too? I said I'd contemplate it.

The easiest way to be rid of phone calls is ask them to remove all you details from their database.

It worked for me, and saved me giving some poor innocent a blast on what I think of squirrel face and the other morons.

When they try calling me, I will attempt to haggle the price down, if I can get my usual seat for £200 I'll buy one, if not I'm out

Wasn't it Project 20,000's idea to have the cheap seats in NL instead of the East? There are still many seats available in NL, which suggests S/T sales are not going too well.

Shameful from the club today - sending emails saying "Holmes and Novak sign.. Will [insert your surname] be next.

Two average signings doesn't change **** for me. Annoyed with how many people are pissing pants with excitement. As Nick says in a seperate thread - it will all be undone when we take in £5mil on player sales, spending less than a million in return.
