I know you guys will be dissapointed with today's result, but I was wondering if you could take some time to say what you thought about us? Who were our star players, do you reckon we can get promoted etc. Thanks in advance for any help .

Decent workmanlike outfit, no reason why you shouldn't be in the promotion hunt.

 

Lloyd Sam (if that was him playing left wing) was pretty good I thought, tricky player and gave Simmo a good game, Kisnorbo did well as well. Generally was surprised with some of your passing moves and style as well, was an entertaining game with both teams trying to play good football.

 

Think you's really took it to us and although we made the mistakes, you's made them count. Good football, not scared to get stuck in, and quite entertaining. Think your keeper needs to learn to kick probably though... he's no Casper though Shame about that one.

 

I thought Max Gradel was your best player. He is rapid and had quite a good delivery. And I do think you will be premoted.

You seemed to be missing a Perch-type player. I suggest you lot buy Perch as soon as possible

you have 1 major weakness in Grayson, you have class wingers and howson is good, i love kisborno but you need another goalscorer that is an opposite to becciho (or whatever). my prediction - 15th - 11th, championship is too strong this year

 

In with a shout of the play-off's, automatic promotion is a bit out of your reach at the moment with West Ham and Leicester looking strong.

Agreed. Some chavvy kids outside the ground started singin at me and my mate "Newcastle, **** **** ****" but other than that thought fans were canny helpful.

Not sure Leicester are as strong as many thinks, they're spending lots of money, but IMO they're overspending for the players they are actually bringing in. Danns, St Ledger etc. won't win anyone the league.

Emre Charles - Not sure what you have against Larry and I'm not sure we do need another striker as we only play 1 up front anyway. Think people are exagerating the strength of the league this year and think if we improve on last season we will finish in the play-offs. Thanks for your input though .
