Don't laugh (in fact you might cry) but it is very likely he won't go before the 1st July in order to get (wait for it, drum roll) his 'loyalty' bonus...
Latest on Sandro is he has failed a medical with Sporting Lisbon, obviously a bit more than the QPR 'cough and drop'...
yes i meant the goalie we got from wycombe, BIG NEWS TODAY IS THAT QPR AND CELTIC ARE LOCKED IN A BATTLE TO SIGN 27 YEAR OLD LEE GREGORY FROM MILLWALL,I JUST HOPE WE DONT BUY HIM FOR MORE THAN 500 THOUSAND THEY ONLY PAYED 250 THOUSAND FOR HIM
Will miss that grizzled old war horse.....All the best Clint, see you again maybe one day in a coaching/managerial capacity.
All I can say is thanks Clint, if only they all showed the effort and commitment that you did we may be still in the premier league.

Tony Pulis has stepped up his summer recruitment drive with a firm offer for Phillips, a long-term target, and is hopeful of completing a deal this week. please log in to view this image Phillips is set for a return to the Premier League CREDIT: REUTERS Phillips, the Scotland international, was the subject of two bids from West Brom last summer but is now expected to end his three-year stay at QPR and finally move to the Hawthorns. QPR were asking for around £8 million last season but will listen to offers for their star names after failing to clinch promotion back to the Premier League under Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink. Pulis is keen to add pace and width to his squad ahead of next season, with Phillips poised to become the first addition of a revamp under the Albion head coach. Albion are also set for another huge boost with Morrison set to reject a return to former club Middlesbrough and sign a new deal. please log in to view this image Morrison is set to stay at the Hawthorns CREDIT: REX Morrison has been in talks for West Brom for months but is now on the verge of extending his nine-year stay at the club. The 29-year-old will be a free agent next month and has been offered the chance to rejoin his first club Middlesbrough, who clinched promotion back to the Premier League in May. Middlesbrough sold Morrison for £1.5 million in August 2007 and are keen to bring him back to the Riverside Stadium in a bid to provide Aitor Karanka’s squad with top-flight experience. But the midfielder is now ready to stay with West Brom following recent talks and will sign a deal worth around £50,000 a week. West Brom could make an official announcement later this week, in a development which will prove popular with the club’s supporters. please log in to view this image Pulis is making plans for next season CREDIT: REX Pulis said: "James has been here a long time so he knows what the football club is and what it’s about. He’s been a great servant, he’s a top player for me. "Irrespective of what I think or what the chairman thinks, everybody within a deal has to want to be part of what we’re doing and that’s very important." Albion will listen to offers for a number of fringe players in an attempt to boost the funds available for new signings. Rickie Lambert, Callum McManaman, Cristian Gamboa and Sebastien Pocognoli are all available and will be allowed to leave if the club receives an acceptable offer. Victor Anichebe and Stephane Sessegon have already departed as free agents, with Pulis keen to sign at least two new forwards as replacements this summer.
I think it's the best move for all parties if Phillips goes. Never been a fan of his personally, his laziness and inability to beat a man frustrated me and if we can recoup around £5 million then it's happy days. Can't see Pulis putting up with his lazy act though, should be interesting.
As we are slap bang in the middle of the Euros has anyone caught your eye that could be a decent/realistic signing for the R's? I say realistic, not Ronaldo or his ilk obviously. There are often bargains to be had at the end of tournaments but likewise there is also a danger of signing players who have had one good game on TV but turn out to be rather donkey-ish. Anyone caught your eye?
The Icelandic bloke from Ajax who we were linked with seems like for like with Polter to me, but some of the Icelanders look robust enough for Championship football.
I WOULD SELL FOR 4 MILLION BECAUSE IF WE KEEP HIM TOO LONG HE BECOMES WORTHLESS LIKE HOIL;ETT UNLESS OF COURSE BURNLEY WANT TO OFFER MORE MONEY I WOULD UNLOAD BOTH HOILETT AND PHILLIPS BOTH ARE VERY IN CONSISTANT IF WE COULD BUY JUDGE OFF BRENTFORD THEN HAPPY DAYS BUT IF NOT WE MUST SIGN FROM THE LOWER DIVISIONS ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO SEE POLTER GIVEN A CHANCE AT CENTER HALF HES GOT THE SAME ATTRIBUTED AS THE GREAT ALAN MACDONALD AND HE COULD STILL GET FOUR GOALS A SEASON COMMING UP FOR CORNERS
