I've not seen that many, maybe 20 episodes but loved them all. I had loads on the planner I had on series link, but lost them all today when I got my sky Q installed, I'll have to dload them all again!
Don't they, and you're right they're all sharp as a tack. Just been chuckling to myself thinking about Sal's Jaden Smith tattoo. Poor bastard haha.
Not seen that one. I was howling at one on Sunday though they had to get people to watch their seat and Joe said he had to go for a "Re-wipe" I was in hysterics.
The tattoo punishment is one of the most brutal they've done, I'd choose death over getting a Jaden Smith tattoo. It's not like it's a little one either haha.
The Germany coach has got particularly vinegary balls apparently: Germany boss Joachim Low has apologised after television cameras caught him putting his hands down his trousers and smelling his fingers. Low was ridiculed on social media for his sideline antics during his side's Euro 2016 victory over Ukraine. "It was adrenaline and concentration. I will try to behave differently in the future," said Low, 56. "I saw the pictures and obviously sometimes you do things subconsciously. It happened and I am sorry." Striker Lukas Podolski has also defended his coach, and said the incident was "not an issue" in the Germany camp.
I hope they don't try to go OTT when they run out of material, what they do is brilliant and doesn't need hyped. I think they're coming over here soon, for an arena tour.
They might do, I guess there's only so many worthwhile ideas they can come up with but it's their cash cow and they'll want to milk it as much as possible. Bigger and bigger stunts doesn't really work for a show like that for me but they seem to know what they're doing. I was thinking a road trip with the lads could work, along the lines of the ones on Top Gear if they wanted to do something a bit different. They could still prank the **** out of each other. Sounds gay but you know what I mean.
A massive variety for me.. Ones that spring to mind are Planes, Trains and Automobiles; Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, The Two Ronnies, Morecambe and Wise, Steptoe and Son, The Young Ones, Dad,s Army, Bottom and Blackadder the 2nd..
i just thought it was by far the best with Queen Elizabeth 1st character and Rik Mayall as Flashheart being especially funny..
Each series of Blackadder is set in a different era and with a different storyline, etc. Characters overlap though. Blackadder 2, 3 and 4 are all very good and you can argue any of them are the best series (though only the 4th is the actually correct answer). Blackadder 1 is not anywhere near as good, they just didn't quite get it right and many of the characters were off-key. Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry and great in them, Laurie in particular.
I haven't seen much of the first series but it seemed very different from what I have. Isn't he basically a dribbling idiot in that one? Which couldn't be further from the following ones. Baldrick took over that mantle haha.
So much out there wouldn't know where to start. I know some folk love the crack on here but I think it's ****e in most part, Uber samey and not well thought outin most part. I put that down to good comedy being the backbone of my entertainment needs more than a judgement on others though, More dressing room banter then proper humor I'd share with close friends(i know of few like me who wouldn't show their true humor in a million years). Very few make me laugh on here though you'd think it was the comedy hub of Britain the was some go on. Comedy is timing, not the content. it's content over timing on here in most cases which is boring to me. more like a 'look at me' competition than anything. Wish there was a lot more than the toilet humour which dominates this board of the moment. Alan Partridge is my favorite. Spaced, Black Books, Young Ones, Red Dwarf, The day today, Brasseye, The Tom Green Show, Trailer Park Boys, Peep show, Monkey Dust, Garth marenghi's dark side, Mighty boosh, Extras, family guy, bottom, The League of Gentlemen, and more. All I love. Prefer situation comedy and satirical shows to stand up as I prefer the writing involved. Humor takes thought, not crude remarks on their own. Greatest comedy ever written for me is the film Withnail & I. also (in alphabetic order as I've removed my dislikes) Absolutely Fabulous, The Adam And Joe Show, A Bit Of Fry And Laurie, Black Books, Blackadder, The Comic Strip Presents, Desmonds, The Eleven O'Clock Show, Father Ted, 15 Storeys High, Green Wing, The Kenny Everett Show, The Fast Show, Goodness Gracious Me,Knowing Me , Little Britain, Nighty Night, No Angels, Not The Nine O'Clock News, The Office, Rising Damp, Saturday Live/Friday Night Live, Shameless, Smack The Pony, Spitting Image, Trigger Happy TV, The Young Ones. You know I could go on an on because there so much out there. Comedy is like music taste on this board, a bit samey. Wish their was a few new characters to the board. At least it would add some depth to the look at me threads.
As regards your choices - This all over. Like a rash. "I'm making time" Which sort of proves your point. Tad OTT with your comments about people on here imo but that's your prerogative.
Just gets a bit school yard and laddish. Don't get me wrong, I love a bit of toilet humor(I like a bit of everything as my choices show) Just wish their was a bit more balance and variation. I think the right injection of personality would bring other sides out of people's humor and generate a new dimension. Crying out for a new personality this place. Needs a fire lighting under it's arse. I think it's stagnant. Not bad, just not very good. Stale and samey. Hope we get a new personality drop in the place soon. It will do everybody and the board a world of good.
Quality isn't it, I remember the first time I saw it I was flicking channels and it was the scene from the first series where April gets her chebs out in the car, certainly got my attention! I was watching this scene earlier, always tickled me for some reason. .....mother...****er...
