https://www.justbookies.com/premier-league-odds/ Is there anything there that takes your fancy? City firm favourites. Leicestet between 20/1 and 33/1 SAFC range 750/1 to 1500/1. Im nee good on these odds things once they get of the straight ?/1 malarky. SAFC 3rd non favourite to win. Yet 7th to get relegated. How does that work then?
Dunno what that last line means mate, or what you're getting at... you're not 3rd non favourite to win it though. The favourites are City, third down after them is Chelsea.
Ah, I'm with you. You're not though, you're just in a pack, look again... from Bournemouth down to West Brom, they're filtered into alphabetical order, you're just part of that pack of teams that are fancied most for the drop. Your odds will change when your squad gets stronger/weaker.
Nah, they've got the best squad and they've not started shopping yet. I won't be making any serious predictions, especially not with money until the season starts and we can look at the squads.
Honestly think that Arsenal are the most certain to be up the top challenging for it and if they can get an imposing midfielder and a more impressive striker they'll be my favourites. It's just a question of whether Wenger remembers how to win it. More questions than answers though, if you were a highly rated target would you sign for Chelsea, Man Utd, Man City or Arsenal? Still think they're all better destinations than Tottenham (though that may not be fair). This is discounting Leicester, Liverpool, West Ham, Everton and Southampton entirely yet they can all point to reasons why they could be pushing for European places at the least. Great season ahead.
Hear the same thing about Arsenal every year, I don't think they will win another title while Wenger is there. I don't think Wenger signed any of the original back 4 or even 5 if you include Keown. He does not value a good defensive unit.
Who's gonna be the Top 3 big spenders Tel ??? Citeh, Utd & the Hammers ?? Interesting transfer window ahead. Ps...Not that spending big always works, isn't that right Mr Ashley!?!?!
I like a gamble but can't for life of me work out how more than 4 teams can be odds on to finish in the top 4.
I also think it's Arsenal this year. Or technically next. For once in Xhaka they have filled one of the 2 holes and they will get a striker. My money is going on them. A few quid an arl.
Been on the verge of backing Arsenal the last few seasons but never backed them because they haven't addressed the Cm and striker problems. Get that striker and my money will go on them, but until they do I won't be. As it's stands I don't know who to go for so going to hang back a bit. It'll cost me in the cut in price but I'm willing just to see how the window pans out.
Chelsea will never be far behind mate. Liverpool, Everton... There'll be a lot of money spent for sure. Arsenal need a truly world class centre half to win the league and a striker of the same ilk at the other end. City for me now, but that could change.
Simply down to the bookies always stacking the odds in their favour...They always win in the long run..
CRAAS to be relegated again? Fat Spanish Waiter to be sacked in the minnows league? Canny double that like!! Bart
