Strangely he didn't mention the fact that Portugal were shocking in defence and have a fair few bang average players. How Pepe has the honours he has beggars belief. He is an abysmal defender, a complete scumbag as a player and was lucky not to be sent off last night.

His majesty did seem rather upset that those heathen wouldn' t just bend over and take it, didn't he?
I have no idea what words he said to the referee or even what language they were in. However, the gist was very clear - "I blame you!"

If Russian fans do kick off in the stadium and get thrown out, are all their fixtures null and void or would it just be Wales who benefit (basically handed a win for the last game)? If so, then tomorrows game could be pretty much a dead rubber for them as they would have 6pts and would be through regardless. Would annoy Slovakia if they do win this game and it is then voided if Russia are given the boot.

On the face of it, England have their work cut out for them, considering they haven't scored a goal from open play yet. On the other hand, a win against Slovakia and they're through, and England have a history of scraping through qualifying rounds in major tournaments by the skin of their teeth.
They'll be fine if Hodgson lets Alli play near Kane and gets someone other than Kane to take free kicks. But what are the chances of that?
