    So its creeping up on us now so whats the prediction for us vs leeds then (realistic scores only)
    I think we can win as they are missing becchio and somma two of there key strikers my prediction 2-1

    Will go for 2-2. Us dominating much of the game - we go ahead twice but a defensive error and a bit of choking at the end; not to mention we struggle to win the first game of the season plus the perceived curse of Sky (thought I'd add the latter for the real pessimists among us!).

    I am a bit concerned about the number of goals conceded in pre-season matches. That needs sorting out sharpish! As things are now I can't see us keeping a clean sheet which is sad after we got so many last season. I am going for 2-2.

    I still have nightmares about another time we played Leeds. Think it was one of Redknapp's last games... I'll go for a good performance and a 2-2 draw.

    Ridiculous. Remember Spurs were unbeaten in pre-season in 2008-09 season and it took them 9 matches to record a win, 2 points in 8 games they had. Don't read too much into pre-season, and I wouldn't want to be the one betting against the rampant Saints scoring. In the past we haven't done very well in opening games, but I like to think we are different team now and if we keep the match day momentum from last season we could certainly win.
