I refuse to listen to the first of their new releases as I know it will be depressingly ****.

I've still never heard it, hopefully I never will.

 

Was just driving down to work listening to Talksport and they were talking about Royal Ascot.

Someone tipped Tepin in the 1st race, 6-1. Got to work, stuck £20 each way on the ****er and it romped home.

 

I had chicken and avocado salad by the way.

Crayfish salad for lunch with mayo and chilli sauce.

You like these crayfish salads don't you? Where do you get them?

Lidl £1.59 and you get plenty for that I use them in loads of things but the salad is easy for work.

 

I like a crayfish, will nip across and try I think.

 

I made a lovely pasta dish on the weekend, Onions, garlic, diced pancetta and chilli in olive oil, 1 tin of toms and reduce knob of butter and crayfish added at the end served with spagetti.

 

Another £80 bagged on Galileo Gold @ 7-1.

Had a ranch bbq pizza from dominoes. Feel hideously rough today.

Yeah I love them. She puts some Caribbean seasoning in too, makes them slightly spiced. Very good indeed.

 

Caribbean stuff is really nice, I'm addicted to jerk chicken.
