    you'll find this is not that bizarre. There should be a calibration documentation for every camera showing when and method of calibration.

    I'm sure its very possible to knock one out of calibration quite easily.

    Just spray paint over the lens then they don't go off, loads of them are done like that around here. The boy racers are the ones who do it.
