Good Morning Everyone,

Garry Monk has added Pep Clolet and Darryl Flahavan to his coaching staff.

Clolet in particular is a well respected European coach, bringing him to Elland Road is certainly a major plus.

Assurances about players must have been made to Monk and Clolet. It will be interesting to see who is on their radar.

The only player now from making it a reunion is James Beattie.

Another player that has been strongly linked to us is League 2 player of the year Kemar Roofe.

Roofe is on a three-year deal with Oxford, and has played an instamental role in getting them promoted last season. West Brom hold a large sell-on clause. Would be likely to cost somewhere between £1.5m-£2m.

Quite interestingly, looking at the players we have been linked with, Leeds are after pace and goals.

Groundhog day again!

Another lap round the track again.
Even if it's not happening today it still indicates Cellino is still trying to get us promoted using cheap Italian failed methods.

He wont ever learn.
Why can't he just stop talking.
He had no need to comment about this either way.
To say that "in the future" undermines whatever he puts in place for this six weeks period of stability (before he rips it up again).

Morning all.

Hopefully Monk and Clotet can bring some entertainment back to Elland Road and we actually see a couple of shots on goal before H-T. <laugh>

I am not getting carried away just yet......however, it does strike me that things are starting to resemble how a professional club should be run and maybe, just maybe, Cellino has learned one or two lessons. I think he is passionate about football and that maybe he realizes this is his last chance to achieve something worthwhile with a famous club such as ourselves. Am I deluding myself, lol. Can't wait till these Euro's are over and we start to see how things are going to shape up for next season.

You know the answer but don't want to accept it.
Come to the darkside.

Chippy, the realist in me thinks nothing much will change. But the optomist is thinking why didn't Cellino just appoint another no mark. Although I admit it's strange he went after Robinson and that other guy and then all of a sudden seems to make a sensible appointment in Monk and Clotet. That just really proves he doesn't really know what he is doing from one day to the next. However, I just have this gut feeling there is someone else in the background now helping to pull the strings and trying to get us moving forward. If that's true, then is this the beginning of some kind of takeover? Has he found some investment money with the proviso that others are involved in the decision making? Have GFH left the building? So loads of questions that could have a positive impact on our immediate future if they are true.

Morning all. So the Management structure is there. All we want now area few more players to improve the quality that's already there, & off we go.

The realist in me thinks you have snorted some of Cellinos coke!
Who in their right mind would get into bed with Cellino and work with him to run the club properly.
Pearson tried and had to perjure himself in a tribunal as a result.

Enjoy last nights memories Eire, that was your highlight against a very mediocre team, you wont get anything from the Spaghetti and horse meat munchers.
Wont matter, well always have the entertainment of Woy and his genius captain begging English fans to behave in case they get sent home. Pathetic if it wasnt so funny <laugh>

My thoughts were similar to this when we signed Paul Hart it seemed that the club had some chance of stability and common sense could be returning. Next thing you know Pearson resigns and things start to disintegrate again. The problem is the unpredictability of Massimo Cellino and he cannot change.
