People being killed in Orlando would indeed only happen in Americs. However more were killed in Paris and have been elsewhere in gun massacres.
Paris was so shocking because its so rare. How many mass gun crime deaths / murders have there been in America in the past decade?
I noticed Micheal Moore tweet earlier today, that there have been 173 mass shootings in the US in the first 163 days of this year.
This massacre has nothing to do with American gun laws and the availability of guns. It was a Muslim with an issue. These things have happened in countries with strict gun laws like France. If guns aren't available they use other items. This incident doesn't belong under Only In America.
We discussed the Charleston church shooting on this thread and that was religion based. It couldve happened at any Christian church in the world.
You can't just dismiss the fact that military spec weapons are freely available to civilians, it's obviously a significant factor. The AR-15 is the gun of choice for nutters who want to kill a large amount of people, if guns like this weren't freely available, people wouldn't be able to go around massacring 50 people.
