    A whole bunch of players who play for the US national team were born in Germany, live in Germany, play in Germany and played for the German National team in their youth teams.

    It seems like in Germany you have to be non-German to play for their national team while the German ones all play for other countries.

    It was interesting watching the German team singing to the national anthem, Ozil was the only one not signing it. Same with Ibrahimović for Sweden this afternoon.

    I noticed that most of the Northern Ireland players, including the manager, didn't sing the national anthem.

    I don't know why any footballer doesn't learn and belt out their country's anthem. Why give people an excuse to question your passion? Just sing it!
