English supporters as per usual have become scapegoats by UEFA and the anti English media. First of all England fans are apparently to blame for fighting with a large group of Marseille supporters. What I want to know is why was there a large group of Marseille supporters congregating together in the city centre, when Marseille clearly don't have a game. It's quite clear to me that the Marseille supporters decided to meet up with the intentions of attacking England supporters. So how does everyone expect England supporters to react? Ofcourse they are going to fight back when attacked. The French Police then start tier gassing our fans for defending themselves. UEFA then release a statement today equally blaming England fans for the violence with Russian supporters yesterday, threatening both sides with expulsion from the tournament if violence continues. Well from what I could see it was all the Russian supporters jumping into the England section of the ground to start trouble, and it was England supporters jumping over the railings onto the side of the pitch to escape. England fans weren't the ones firing flares and setting off fire crackers, yet in UEFAs statement we are apparently equally to blame. It really is quite laughable that UEFA could release a statement like that, after it was clearly Russian supporters causing the trouble.
The scenes in the stadium were disgraceful, should have stood their ground. Outside the stadium having faced a triple front of Russian and French hooligans and the police, the English fans have been heroic.
Maybe if English fans didn't act the **** everywhere they went, then you wouldn't have rival fans looking to fight them. As it turns out, your support is made up of bald, fat morons who talk a good game, sing a good game, but when the **** hits the fan they either cry and blame the police, or push women and children out of the way to scale fences to escape COWARDS.
