There was no OP, that was not a post, it was something dribbling out or a dog with diarrhea. And now^ another squitty dog has dribbled all over the rug

Carroll, just because he is more likely to get his head on a Charlie Adam or Stewart Downing cross. Plus, we already have Suarez. Too many flashy, tricky players is worse then having none, let Suarez make the magic happen, and have the players around him allow him to do it.

The OP doesn't seem to understand that strikers come in different shapes and forms.
You have the target man ie Berbatov,Adebayor,Carroll,Drogba,Crouch
Then there is the drop deep striker ie Aguero,Tevez,Suarez and Rooney.
Then there is the play on the shoulder of the last defender striker ie Torres,Hernandez.
You can only compare strikers that are in each bracket.
As I said previously it would be unfair to compare Wayne Rooney to Dennis Bergkamp as Bergkamp was a highly skilled inside forward.Or Thierry Henry...completely different type of player.

If it was just a case of 'you've got 35m to spend, so who do you get out of those two?' then I'd say Aguero.
But since this is on the Liverpool board, of course we're gonna form our answers based on our squad.

Well now i think about it i cant really remember an argetinian who stayed in the prem for long, coloccini from newcastle is the only one who comes to mind. But aguero did say he doesnt like hot weather anywayz :p so you never know might stay for a while.

P.S i've never heard messi moan, albeit he does dive a little and wave fake cards at reff from time to time hes never moaned publically that i know of so thats a good thing lol.

Messi has been in Spain since he was 13 and I reckon that £400k a week he earns also helps.
