Relaxes the body and mind. Most people that take them can never ever fully piece together the night before. I literally know loads of stories where lads have been taking/abusing valium and have woke up in a police cell and have no idea why. When people are taking them they will be wobbly on their feet and their speech will be slurred.
There's a episode regarding Valium on the BBC IPlayer. Scary is the word. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
If there's absolutely anything you can do in terms of cognitive therapy, be it with someone or independently I'd be doing that instead of synthetic **** like this. It should only be a last resort in my opinion.
The gym is my sanctuary for stress, two kettle bells and some mounted striking pads is all I need, when I'm pissed off it's the first place I go to. Way too many people avoid natural ways of dealing with the cortisol hormone, for their own reasons, many of them are acceptable, many of them are just lazy.
