Agree with you Slovakia and Wales being terrible but so were Russia and 2 more draws could mean home early
and deservedly so if we get two more draws. It's no use saying we played well or were unlucky. Truth is we weren't that unlucky we just didn't convert chances, Wales were unlucky in that there was a stonewall penalty not given to them but they won anyway. Granted I suspect in a few games time we will see that Slovakia are a worse team - hope not as they are my sweepstake!
Kane has been poor for about 2 months now and did nowt to merit a starting place, the goal Russia scored was poor to concede, Vardy and Rashford should start against Wales. Lose that and that will be the end of Hodgson and some of these England players careers.
I agree about Sterling, but thought that Lallana was ok, The final substitution was the fatal error, I think Milner thought he was leading a counter attack not closing down an opponent, the manner of their goal reminded me painfully of our last derby, just hope England can get over it like we did.
This is my only worry, if Woy goes, I suspect Big Sam could well be a front runner for the job, just our bloody luck. I dont care about England that much and it would not bother me if we didnt qualify for these "ambushes" we always stagger into, it could also spell the end of all these pointless international "friendlies". Lets stick with the best league in the world and keep out of this French fry-up, leave us out of it. Soccer Brexit.
Rooney had a pretty good game but talking to my Spurs supporting nephew who was at at loss why goalscorer Kane was taking corners - bizarre indeed Not sure we wanted to win - very poor tatics woy
Thats right we are lacking in international level composure - but Rooney is playing well Kane taking corners - bizarre Give Rashford a go for a goal threat imooc.
