i'm not planning on doing so, just about whether public order offences apply to your own property, considering i have a driveway and a porch, meaning that if i was to then i'd be out of public view and therefore it wouldnt be a public order offence
Start slowly,strip off leave all the curtains open and lights on and stroll about trying to make eye contact with neighbours. You may get a bite and some Doris will strip off and take a shower... If you live next to a block of flats you can get a routine going.
Before anyone says it - I've already told myself to '**** off' - maybe it's because I don't expect many to understand - but I'm still going to have my say ! The 'avoidance' of paying the TV licence is fairly typical of the attitude of a significant minority in this country. The sort of people who will pay for absolutely nothing - yet still expect to 'take.' The same people will avoid any form of taxation - "paying tax is for ****s and arseholes." .............................. and yet -- these people would cheerfully tear off the balls of anyone who would dare to 'steal' from them. I don't like paying any tax - but I do expect to have stuff like hospitals ( etc ). I'm all in favour of a 'bargain' and will always look for the best deal possible ---- BUT -- If you owned a business -- let's call it the BBC, would you honestly, be happy to know that somebody is 'taking' your product without any payment ? ( now who'se the **** ? ).
If I owned a business competing with others that provide their service by either asking customers to enter into a contract with them for a fixed duration signing paperwork, or offering their services for free but having funds generated by advertising. I would not be so arrogant and presumptuous as to declare every person living in the country my customer demanding that every single household pay me or threaten to forcibly enter their property to prove they are not a customer. I don't like any BBC programs and find the news a mouthpiece for the government and propaganda tool . I hate the bake off **** and all the talent contest banal crap and most people get their screen time from youtube or downloading US TV series etc. By your same argument I am sure you have never downloaded illegal online content and always pay for your music you sanctimonious ****er.
