    Have already voted leave. http://www.spectator.co.uk/2016/06/six-best-reasons-vote-leave/

I, too, get annoyed when the focus is on immigration, especially since immigration has done far more good than bad for this country since WW2.
What we should be focusing on is the erosion of our democracy, being under EU rule is not a democracy. I will say again, we did not vote them in, and more importantly we cannot vote them out.
ANYONE who is not elected by the British public, should NOT be dictating legislation to us. Its that simple.
I dont give a **** what drops in value, or other trade rammifications there will be (And they will be minimal by most accounts), its worth it to live in a democracy again.

Idiots like Patrick Stewart harping on about the EU doing this and that, "Oh they introduced Anti-Slavery laws" thats good Pat, because before we joined the EU in 1973, slavery was a huge ****ing problem in England wasn't it, you bald headed prick! I think you will find we outlawed Slavery in the UK about 150 years before the EU was even thought into existence.
Minimum wage, working conditions etc etc, yeah, all good stuff, so you think if we leave the EU the Uk government will go "AHA no EU to protect you now, the minimum wage is now 70p an hour and a pack of gobstoppers and no holidays for anyone MUHAHAHA!"
We can keep the **** that makes sense and ditch the stuff that doesn't.

As far as trade goes, read the link I put above and it will rubbish any concerns you have regarding that.

    FFS <doh>

Which legislation from the EU do you have a particular issue with then? I'm genuinely interested.

Also "minimal ramifications" is absolute bollocks. The markets will go into free fall if we decide to bail, and we'll be in a recession by Q3 2016, it's not even a matter of debate, even the brexit camp have been forced to admit it.

All of them, because they came from the EU, I didnt vote for the EU, and neither did you. So the fact that they can dictate anything to our government is frightening.
    Thats not democracy.
I don't care if the legislation is good or bad, its for our elected officials to sort this **** out, you know, thats why we vote for them, to run our country. not a continental super gorvernment.

And I am more than prepared to ride out any recession that may come along.
Totally worth it in the long run.
If the EU decide to try stonewall us regarding trade deals, remember it will hurt them just as much as us.
Will they do that out of spite?
Plus we are the only EU country that exports more outside of the EU than we do inside the EU.
So 60% of our trade will be affected 0%. The other 40% thats up to whoever remains in the EU and how big a bunch of cocks they want to be about us leaving.
But like I said, its all about the bottom line, and they stand to lose just as much as we do if they stall on trade renegotiations.

So you despise any EU legislation due to the fact it's made by the EU irrespective of whether it's actually sensible and could be provide a positive impact?
You are aware that we elect MEP's btw aren't you?

And all in the name of 'democracy' that our great nation holds in such high regard, so much so we have a majority Govt in place who 64% of the voters who went to the polls didn't actually vote for....

    I despair

Who cares about MEP's? They can and are easily outvoted by the other countries at every turn, so what good are they?

Yes, I am against anything introduced by the EU by virtue of the fact that its from the EU. If it makes sense and has a positive impact then our government should be thinking up this ****, not the EU.

In regard to the 64% issue, what would you do instead then? We went with the majority decision.....you want another coalition? That ended well last time didn't it?

    People miss the big picture.
millions upon millions of people have died to protect the UK's sovereignty in the last 1000 years.
What we have done is basically hand it over diplomatically to a foreign governing body.
I mean FFS, why did we fight all those wars to preserve our sovereignty, just to go "Here you are...." and hand it over.

What you are basically saying is you have no faith in any British political party to run this country so we will sell out and hand over control to a super government? Nice.....<applause>

You're talking out your pipe and you sound like some Murdoch red top with those lazy cover alls. The war ffs <doh>

The EU's existence doesn't compromise our sovereignty in the slightest. We've handed over **** all that compromises our Govts ability to govern and legislate on the issues that really matter to our island state.

What the EU has done is pass legislation that uniforms standards across areas such as agriculture, fisheries, external trade and the environment.
