    Must admit I thought the same at the time him being a Londoner and realising he had made a mistake going the league he did. First offer south of Watford and he would be off - fair play to him and the club.

    In this day and age I'm not sure these things mean too much.. However it's a positive story, so 2 players now signing contracts shows that we are looking like a well run unit. Keep up the good work ; assuming it's Martin Bain and Big Sam.. Now can we have a marquee signing... That would be lovely - thanks

    Prem/Division One, League Cup, Fa Cup, CL, international goal... all competitions really, not including club friendlies like Pele.

    Shearer would be knocking on about 400 I'd imagine, so he'd be top in the PL era for sure.
