First thing any new owner needs to do is bring back concessions for kids and pensioners With no cash been taken yet there should be away they can do that for the coming season.
The persistance of this in the face of a potential ownership change concerns me. Whilst not irreversable, to go back to season tickets, concessions and people sat where they were will be an administrative nightmare, and the closer to the season start it gets the harder it becomes to reverse these ****e decisions.

Nope, that's what I'm getting too. I did the maths last night - assuming each caller takes 10 minutes per call, and each call is for a pair of season tickets oops memberships, then with a bit of rounding the staff could process a maximum of 100 memberships each per 8 hour shift. Anyone know how many operators they have answering the lines because they ain't going to be selling a huge number this way. Why on earth couldn't they get it set up to do online like most 21st Century ticketing...
got through on the line for existing holders, 594550, took a while to get onto someone (maybe about 45mins) however it didnt matter for the non-existing holders I booked for and she it was all fine, so try that one?

can you actually buy them on line, ive logged into my account but the season ticket section just brings up a seating plan of the ground and doesnt let you do anything
I have been a season ticket holder before, and couldn't buy online. It took over an hour of waiting but managed to get through. If you have been a season ticket holder before, you don't have to pay the joining fee.
must be the only team in the League who make it as difficult as possible to buy a ticket - 45 minute wait on the phone - cannot book a seat online unless you've been before - no ticket office
If buying a match day ticket makes you a member. What about hanging fire, and saving a few months fee, buying a match day ticket, and then getting the 'pass' the following day with no joining fee. Clearly you can't, because we have different size members.
Got through eventually on 594550, very helpful lady, got seats we wanted in East Stand. Took about an hour in total. Was a debate on principles vs supporting the team, the team won but doesn't mean we won't join in any future protests in support of restoring proper concessions.
this is stupid, they've cut the costs in the ticket office so to encourage us to buy online or buy these ticket machines. So on the day of general sale they remove the option to buy online meaning you have to phone the ticket office with no staff.
