The first two weeks is massively hard the first attempt ( hopefully last attempt needed ) .Day 4 aint too bad
For me , the 1 year mark was a tough flag to get past .
Started smoking again twice a year in , almost to the day .
My third attempt , strangely , was an absolute cake walk all the Way through to 14 years .
I didn't start smoking after 14 years because of any addictive need , just stupidity .
Really enjoyed smoking again for under a year . Stopped again easily and am past a year again .
