Sounds like a complete blunder....... I would of had Harper and Krul as favourites anyway.

Every keeper drops a bollock sometimes. We've got first team players who've made more errors than that. No knee-jerk reactions!

His one oppurtunity to play in the first team, only weeks before the season starts. If he can't avoid clangers now he isn't ready for the prem.

I'm not saying sell him, just that he shouldn't be first team this season.

Harper or Krul will be first team I would imagine. Forster pulled off some amazing saves last season in the SPL and I think he'll play for us in the cups.

Its a shame because long term, he is our best option. Local lad counts for a lot as well. Shame

He's been **** at far too many corners and high balls. Complete and utter liability, loan him out again I think.

Don't take it personal but forster just loves giving us goals! Heres his clanger 2 seasons ago against norwich. Kicked straight out the beckford... At suprise suprise. Elland road

Really none of us expected him to be #1 this season, Harper and Krul are level pegging. A season long loan at Norwich in the PL will make or break Forster.

His goalkicks have never been good. I remember watching him in the Senior's Cup final about six years ago and he could hardly get the ball off the floor and not even nearly out of his own half. Not fantastic for a goalkeeper, but I'll forgive him dropping the ball. Harper and Krul make mistakes, and even Given made the odd cockup. There is no keeper alive who doesn't **** up at some stage.

It's not just the mistake, i was just behind the goal today and every time the ball went into the box i had to look away! He was awful, can't control his area, handling terrible and distribution terrible.

Totally agree, I thought they would sub him at half time actually. Give each keeper a half each.

Well i'm hoping this was his last chance though because except for one save he didn't do one thing right.

It's not just about the mistake, his general play has always indicated to me that he is behind Harper and Krul. Today just helped confirm my conclusion. Get him out on loan to prem or championship club. The other two can fight it out for the number one spot.

I'm like that with Krul during set pieces. His positioning is shocking sometimes. He often comes out for crosses he should stay for and stays for ones he should go for!

Agree with the majority, was there today and not impressed at all.

Worst thing is we've given him 3 games to find out he probably isnt good enough, now one of Harper/Krul will only have had 1 pre season game.

Forster's a decent keeper but his concentration was woeful today and that was an inexcusable mistake to make. Took his eye off the ball and his mind off the game. Could hardly believe it had happened and if I hadn't seen it with my own eye's I wouldn't have believed it could have been as bad as it was.
