Hope the **** breaks his leg at the Euros and spends a year in the wilderness....teach the prick a lesson
He says he wants away now? He's wanted away for at least the last 2 seasons. From before the ink was dry on his contract in fact.
100% agree with you. The sooner he's gone the better, along with any others that don't have the appetite for next season.
Sissoko, started so well for us, those first few games in a more "10" role he was superb. Them we moved him further back and realised he was crap as a more traditional CM so ended up with him sitting out wide for 2 seasons doing bugger all. Following in his compatriots foot steps now wants to leave. Cabaye essentially went on strike to engineer a move, HBA didn't understand the concepts of training and team, Remy didn't want to risk injury so wouldn't play, Debuchy forced through a move......can't think why French footballers have a reputation for causing issues!!
Let's make sure we cash in. I can't really see any "big' team being to fussed about signing him. He's not really intelligent enough on the pitch and hasn't really got great ability on the ball.
when I watched Sissoko play I found I was watching a carbon copy of Obertan pace to burn with very little end product if he only played half as good as he did on the last game of the season he would not of found himself in this situation
It's not that he has said he wants to leave that is the issue for me. He has been trying to work his ticket for a long time now. No, It's his completely deluded and over inflated opinion of himself that sticks in my throat. The way he is talking himself up, you might be forgiven for thinking that this guy had single handedly carried the entire team all season and then gone on to save our collective bacon on the last day of the season, thus earning himself the right to claim he ought to be playing Champions League football. Truth of the matter is that he contributed 1 goal, yes 1 fooking goal and 7 assists all season, when he could be bothered to try that is. He is an arrogant twat, who needs a reality check. Jog on Moussa, and good riddance. I sincerely hope with all my heart that you get exactly what you deserve.!
Can you honestly see Arsenal wanting him? If Theo Walcott can only get so many starts what chance has Sissoko who only turns up for about 2 games a year. Bench warmer at best.
When he made his home debut against Chelsea and did Ashley Cole on the break that time, I, like most other watching, thought we had unearthed a superstar. Unfortunately the right attitude is crucial to being successful in the Premier League and Sissoko's attitude stinks. Not just that but he's got absolutely no guile whatsoever. He can run with the ball in a straight line. Period.
Perception vs experience. We've seen him consistently under-perform but he still has a decent reputation with being a French international and clubs will pay for that. With the rise in TV money this coming season there will be a lot of clubs/managers with cash burning a hole in their pockets and we should still get a good price with him having 3 years to run on his contract.
That's just it really, he was such a massive part of our relegation, both McClaren and Rafa wanted him to be the centrepiece of the team, build their team around him and have him as a leader, but he didn't give a **** 90% of the time, wasn't bothered and was a huge reason why the team failed. Instead of apologising and feeling remorseful for his woeful contribution this season, he's now rejoicing in our relegation about what it's going to lead him on to, with trophies and pound signs in his eyes, taking it as guaranteed he'll be playing for Arsenal in the Champions League next season. Arsenal have never wanted you, and no team is gonna be fooled by you playing for a transfer on the last day to make up for a whole season of dogshit. "I gave everything for three years" is his latest quote. Hmmmmm. I hope he stays in the Prem though, cos I can't wait to give him some **** when he returns to SJP.
Sissoko could have just kept quiet and let his agent do the talking via back channels. In doing this he would have kept a degree of respect amongst the fans. By openly doing this... and then retweeting other people's stories about him wanting to leave he smacks of the guy who annoys the tits off you by telling you over and over again what he is going to do rather than just doing it. Mike is a stubborn fooker and I hope he rinses the **** out of the purchasing club for the highest fee possible. He'll take it to the brink of making Sissoko stay, mark my words and rightly so.
