Yes you have to be fair. Beating up his ex hasn't stop Simpson being on the BBC! Mind you Giggs gets all the praise and positive media despite having an affair with his brother's wife for 7 years! As for the subject in hand - very true to say its a risk taking injury prone Sturridge and Wilshere but I guess that is why Roy gets paid millions...
I see that Garry Monk has made an unusual statement on being named Leeds Utd's new manager. He says he wants to take them back to where they belong. What greater incentive could teams have for wanting to get out of League One next season?
http://www.express.co.uk/sport/foot...ed-55m-Compensation-Scandal-Sepp-Blatter-News Sickening level of corruption - I hope FIFA claw it all back from Blatter and his two henchmen.
I think that the best you can say about Scotland tonight is they are doing their best, but 3-0 down at half time shows it isn't good enough. Maybe they will bring on Anya second half and win 3-4.
Well at least he came on and kept them scoreless in the second half... Still nowhere near good enough though. They appear to have been missing three or four regulars, but all that shows is there is no strength in depth. Mind you, having witnessed the coaching methods first hand here, I'm not surprised.
When Anya is one of your top players you know there is a problem really. All pace (and a very nice guy) but not much else.. BTW I see Berghuis is impressing for the Dutch.
So Ronald Koeman has gone to Everton with the promise of more money in terms of wages and transfer kitty.. Have to hope for his sake this works out well..
At the moment this seems like a retrograde step for Koeman. All Everton have over Southampton now is a better history. Do Everton really have that much more to spend on transfers? I doubt it. After the way that the Everton fans treated their last manager, I am not sure that I want Koeman to succceed there.
Oh dear - hope this isn't going to start a trend particularly with the Wales game coming up! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...eers-Marseille-ahead-opening-game-Russia.html
Usual rubbish sensationalism from the Daily FAIL and distortion of the facts. Several things to consider: 1. the isis chant: no self respecting muslim would support that scum. Provocative perhaps, but only to those who are looking for trouble regardless. Personally I don't have a problem with it. 2. Trouble only flared up when a gang of locals decided to have a go. You'll get that anywhere. 3. The French Police do things in a reactionary way and confront things head on. They are not used to the English/Dutch/German culture of large groups beering it up and being a bit loud on these occasions: we (all) do it. There is no softly softly approach by the police as there is in England. Yes the fans do need to understand that but hey they're football fans and the law of the lowest common denominator applies. We'll see what happens. Agreed everyone needs to calm down a bit: the fans, the police (except for terrorist intelligence and prevention), and especially the media who seem intent to kick up an almighty ****storm out of tea-cup proportions.
I often wondered why de Gea didn't go to Real Madrid... http://www.90min.com/posts/3315798-...-case-on-eve-of-euro-2016-kickoff?a_aid=35507
Can anyone tell me what the two goal line officials are there for? Skrtl elbowed Williams in the neck right in front of said official and nothing was given! Surely should have been straight red card and a penalty?
What a crock of ****e again, Engerland snatching a draw from the jaws of a win with abysmal defending. Once more I was suckered in to watching them after hearing they were a goal up. Never again.....
