    Do you get the blue screen of death?? If so it might not be as bad as it seems, mine had it was only something small. You never know. I dont claim to be an expert.

    No Dan it is a complete shutdown and signs out of this site and TW, so frustrating! The PC is about 5 years old, it has done well I suppose.

    hmmm. not good then. why do they never go smoothly!! My family is known for its computer issues, so much so the computer guy does not have to ask our address now.

    The weird thing is I am actually having PC issues at work at the same time, but they are used 24/7. Anyone got any recommendations for a new laptop?

    Well the computer guy we use says dont choose Dell or Sony. Other than that i cant help. I have a Toshiba laptop for home and a Toshiba Netbook for uni. Both are ok, but they have their faults too.

    The little business lenovo that work game is really good if you travel a lot(very light and dinky 12inch screen)

    The rest I suppose it depends on what you want it for !

    Mrs GG and self reached 33 as well last Friday, Leo!
    She's already plotting our 35th which is Coral, she says. She wants to go to a Coral Island. I was thinking more like Joe Coral.

    I have a Dell at the moment and overall it has been ok, my brother in law has just changed to a Mac-book, slightly more expensive but worth it, in his eyes.

    I have a dell at home a lot bigger than the lenovo great for dvd's and streaming! and music!
    I had a Dell before that lasted me 8 yrs! Cant comment on apple stuff as I am anti I this and that!
