As you argued in favour of the stand move, and against the suggestion of looking at upper West, saying it was impossible, it seems you're starting to see the error of your ways and consequences of your errors. It's taken a while, but it's progress. As for emailing James Mooney, that's a bit rich, given what this thread is about.
I would go back to e1 tomorrow IF concessions for kids came back I would rather be in N4 but its not VITAL
There were no consequences of my 'errors', I wasn't involved, my opinion made not one iota of difference to anything.
What I would do is reinvent the east stand and stick them in a long strip down the front of the East. Its impossible to get any sort of atmosphere going at Molineux. Who gives a crap if they're in camera shot?
North Stand has been pretty good for atmosphere when I've been in there; personally I would keep the away fans where they are now. Tucked in a corner, surrounded by City fans (all 10,000 of them). Main problem overall with the atmosphere is a simple one....not enough people getting off their arses and getting behind the team.
