My first decent car was a Mk2 8v GTI too. Golf ball gear knob, Pirelli wheels, gunmetal grey, one previous owner. Classic. After building up to buying that car after years of **** bangers, I was gutted to sell it a couple who bought it as a gift for their 18 year old son. Spoiled bastard.
i have hand built 4 lotus sevens now and know them inside out, my current car is 590 kilos with a 2.4 honda turbo, 0 to 60 3.3 secs and a top speed of 240 kilos per hour love them use it all the time
the engine chipping and mapping program tells you that's what it is capable of, too **** scared to try it, cant afford to loose my licence and don't want to go to the Nurburgring to do it. happy with the traffic light grand prix, there's not law that i know of tells you how fast you can go to reach the speed limit allowed
nah mate need an fia licence to do that, just happy to build and enjoy the most fun you can have with your clothes on boys toys.
Nearly. But at least people can understand what you have written. Anyhow ya cars sound topper. Love to have a go in one.
car mate not cars, each one i've built is better than the one before and there is always a market and a hot one for sales
i do mate, costs me about 6 grand to build, sell for around 14 they go like hotcakes, but i build because i've worked in the car industry all my life since leaving the forces, and love the little blighters
Always fancied building one of those things. I've been in one as a passenger and you are bang on, absolutely wicked things, fast as **** with acceleration to beat any 911.
then look up a tiger you get everything in the kit except engine and you can fit a bang up to date modern engine with discs all round abs heated seats the lot but you have that much fun you dont need a stereo
