For vids go to you tube. Click the arrow top right select copy link.
Then on 606 reply to a post but instead of writing click the icon that looks like film.
Paste the link into the empty box, press the embed button and then post reply.

If its a youtube clip, copy the url (the address that stats www.)

Two icons to the right of the smiley icon there is an icon that looks like film reel.

Click that, and paste the youtube address inside the bar, and post....

 

Yep, all good

 

My way up there ^^^^^^^^ is easier.
