It's was all looking like a serious statement of intent. 5mil fee. Massive 6/7mil wages... Then I read that Scott dann is his first target for 15mil... Oh oh. That can't be real surely.
And Joe Hart for £40m.... lol, just the press jumping the gun and making daft predictions. Monchi will hopefully be orchestrating the transfers anyway
Yeah, I could be arsed opening it I suppose.... I'm really not bothered either way so best of luck with it.
Don't really mind who Everton appoint. They are a long way from challenging for top 4. Their 'best squad in years' peaked with Moyes. Koeman would likely improve them (not hard with the fraud's performance)... and if he does, he'll leave. Lukaku... the jury is still out if he's a top player. And if someone is convinced... he'll leave too. Maybe this new owner will provide proper funds - then it will get interesting. Probably only need a GK, LB, CB, two CMs, a winger and another striker to challenge for top 4.
Koeman coming to Everton, not sure if it's good or bad news for Liverpool. Certainly going to last longer than Martinez, and likely to win at least one derby games during his tenure.
Liverpool have enough problems of their own to focus on without everton's. Southampton lose their man everton gain. Lfc are struggling just to tread water and are 8th. Unless people wake up and see its a total money racket then.. well... Anyway. Lukaku is on record where he wants to go. Not so sure he will get to go anywhere as of now.... Barkley needs serious work by koeman. Fat ****. Stones is utds target according to press. Who knows... So everyon have their own issues and opportunities as do Southampton.
Whereas you lot aren't I suppose. 8th is the new 5th lol The task facing Koeman is similar to that facing Klopp. Martinez massively under performed with that squad last season and without touching it Koeman could improve on that without doubt. If Lukaku goes it'll be for the same as you got for Suarez.....so be it. The key for us is whether we can convince Monchi to join to orchestrate the squad overhaul.
You think it's not possible without a technical director? I tend to agree. I think fsg need everyone above klopp sacked and a technical director in. We are in desperate need of football men at board level.
