Sissoko should be in demand, offloading Cisse and Riviere is going to be the problem.

Aye, it's been 19 days since the season ended and the transfer window doesn't open until 4 weeks from now. What's the hold up?

Won't be masses of movement before the Euros. After, I think we will get rid of about 10 or so.

Sissoko won't gone anywhere until after the euros.

France should do well and Sissoko can look an absolute beast when he can be arsed and is surrounded by good players. Home tournament in that team - if he plays i can imagine us getting over the odds for him.

He's a £5-8 million pound player who masquerades as a £15m+ one when he can be bothered. Lets hope he does great and big clubs come in - with the money in the Prem next year there is a possibility of cashing in nicely. He will not be bothered playing in the Championship next year (unless Rafa thinks he can get him up for it). It's a slight shame as on his day he probably is Champions League quality (hence playing for France i guess) and that performance on the last day is a nice send off - show's what he can do.

Of those I see five players that actively need replacing and a lot of deadwood being cleared. I think some of that is optimistic.

Top four are already gone I suspect. Cisse, Tiote, SDJ, Gouffran, Riviere only if someone will match their wages and I'm not convinced people will.

Aarons, Mbemba, Mitro and Perez I'm hopeful for. Townsend is up in the air, I expect him to not be playing for us sadly.

Yeah it was a mixture of probables, hopes/desires and pessimism. I would desperately like to keep the 5 you mention at the bottom. I'd also love to retain Tiote and Gini. Sissoko I'm non fussed but I do think Rafa got more from him for whatever reason. Janmaat likewise. SDJ I wouldn't be against staying but he needs and will want football. I don't really have a problem with Thauvin, but I can't see anyway he stays.

I'd love to see Cisse, Riviere, Gouffran gone.
