None of us really know if Monk is the right an for the job, we are all hoping he is but the root cause of all previous problems is still in place and that is Cellino.

Love him or hate him, there is no denying he employs the coaches, he sacks the coaches, he signs the players he decides on back room staff, he offers new contracts, he sells the players.

Last season started and we had who we believed to be a decent coach, the coach had his number two in place, we had a head of recruitment and Pearson, we then had Hart joining us to coach the youngsters. Less than half way through the season and they were all gone, was it that they couldn't work under Cellino?? I don't know why they left but we went back to square one.

I am happy Monk is here, I would rather have given Evans an extension and full backing but that is a mixed opinion I know.

I do know that this time last year many were believing that Cellino had turned a corner, I was hoping he had, there was similar excitement building and it was all dashed.

I find it hard to understand the building of excitement again as we have been here and done that, I am sitting on the fence, certainly far less excited than I was this time last year, I just hope the hardcore Cellino supporters turn to the other side IF this is all repeated again as I expect it will be.

For the record how can anyone say Evans saw out his contract, he was treated with disrespect and like dirt, whichever way you look at it he was dismissed before his contract expired (which should have been done sooner rather than looking for someone new beforehand).

Redfearn signed a one year deal on the 1st November 2014 he was replaced on the 20th May - No coach has ever seen his contract out or expire at Leeds under Cellino.

So by your own argument Evans is due normal pay for June and pro rata holiday pay for holiday not taken.....
Even you must be seeing you are spouting bollocks.
You might have forgotten Evans has taken holidays during his tenure, Dubai in mid May was the latest example.

So using that it's not holiday pay its contractual pay as part of his twelve month contract of employment.
Where did his break to the US in the autumn international break come from or are you suggesting he got six weeks holiday that we know of?

However you try to spin it ( nice try to change the subject btw) he was fired and his contract did not expire. That was the original point you were disagreeing with.

Football players, managers often work 6 days a week,so would get more holidays than normal, when there is no games.
Paper talk calling it fired, recon he was just told no new contract after your hols.

So we have two head coaches right now. <doh>
Stop embarrassing yourself it's not pretty.

Footballers and managers often get Sunday and Monday or Monday and Tuesday off, and short breaks when internationals are played. A bit irrelevant as their job means they don't have regular work patterns like most ordinary joes do.

I once took redundancy, and part of the package was 3 months notice, now I left straight away, but was technically still employed by them for 3 more months.Same with Evans, but 1 month.<ok> Glad I could educate you.

That's garden leave, Evans is not on garden leave. He is free to get another job right now. He might not because it will affect his compo for being constructively dismissed.

The main advantage of not working notice is that the payment is tax free subject to a maximum severance payment of £30k.

If Evans is free to get another job he by definition no longer works for us. Sacked is the word you are searching for, he wasn't made redundant. Will you stop changing the ****ing subject.

No suprise you were made redundant, shocked you found another job though. <laugh>

    Jumped before pushed....

There would be no notice payable on a fixed term contract and holiday in lieu of notice is a figment of your overactive imagination.
